I have been to this shop twice with my older iphone 12 and on both of these occasions have received top notch service. I highly recommend them for phone and computer repairs.

Thanks to the excellent team at Bendigo Smartphones, I had my phone back in action after a complete screen destruction in less than a few hours at an incredibly reasonable price. Even better, when I dropped off my phone I saw one of the team members going above and beyond to help a couple access their apps on their device, and answering every question and concern they had. Then when I came to collect my device, I saw another customer leaving with a very big smile as he collected his own phone. I don't think there is anywhere else I would recommend as much for any smartphone related issues. Bloody brilliant.

There was a lot of interference noise on other end of my phone. One lady at another company quoted $90 for a new microphone. It didnt sound right to me. So took it here and he cleaned and fixed minimal charge right on the spot. Highly recommend.

Brought a very new phone into the guys for a screen repair. Looks like the phone is so new, there are no parts for it in the country yet! The guys checked with 8 different suppliers, but no luck, most suppliers were not even aware of the model. Although repair is not yet fixed, Bendigo Smartphones kept me up to date with how things were going. Will return to them in a while when parts for the phone should be more available.

Had my screen replaced and unfortunately it seemed to be faulty. But the staff not only replaced it but compensated me for the screen protector which I had bought for it. Very professional and friendly staff, would recommend.
